# Built for clarity on your device

Monerise is a personal finance tracker for people who want a clear picture of wallets, budgets, and currencies—without handing every purchase to another cloud account. It is developed by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. It is not a bank, broker, or investment product.

## Why we built it

Most money apps are designed as accounts first and ledgers second. You create a profile, sync everything, and hope the vendor treats your history as a trust problem rather than a growth funnel. That model works for some products. It is a poor fit when the data is simply “what I spent, in which wallet, in which currency.”

Monerise starts the other way around: the ledger lives on your device. You can capture income and expenses, split money across unlimited wallets, follow 150+ currencies with live or manual rates, and read reports without a required cloud login for everyday use. Optional backup exists for people who want it—not as the price of admission.

We sell the app as a tool. Core features are positioned as a one-time purchase. There are no ads in the product positioning, and your attention is not the inventory. Exact price and in-app offers are always the App Store and Google Play listings.

## Who it is for

- **Multi-currency households:** Salary in one currency, rent in another, travel spend in a third. Monerise treats that as normal—not an edge case you fight in a spreadsheet.
- **Travelers and remote workers:** Rates can follow the market when you are online, or you can lock a manual rate when a contract or trip needs a fixed number.
- **Privacy-conscious individuals:** If you do not want a required cloud identity watching every coffee, the default is still a useful ledger on the phone you already carry.

## How the product is meant to be used

- **Open wallets:** Create as many wallets as you need. Hide, lock, or keep them in summaries. Pick a default currency for a unified home view.
- **Capture the flow:** Log income and expenses with categories and tags. Filters keep long histories usable instead of turning into an unread dump.
- **Read the pattern:** Budgets show progress before month-end surprises. Reports rank categories and compare months so you can act, not guess.

- **Honest product claims:** This site does not invent user counts or store ratings. Availability, platforms, and currency coverage match what we can point to in listings and product copy.
- **Support as email, not a funnel:** Questions about the app, billing, or privacy go to app@icitech.com.tr. We reply from that address—there is no required in-app account to ask for help.

## What Monerise is not

Clear limits protect you from the wrong expectation—and protect us from implying a license we do not have.

- Not a bank, EMI, or payment institution—no deposits, cards, or transfers between banks
- Not investment advice, tax software, or a brokerage
- Not an ad-funded tracker that monetizes your history as the core business
- Not a replacement for official statements from your bank or tax authority
